| 0:59.9 | Now, to join me for this practice, you don't have to be laying down in bed, but if you can, |

| 1:12.3 | really comfortable, whether that's sitting and you're grabbing a couple of extra pillows and blankets, |

| 1:24.7 | maybe on a carpet or a rug, or just on a yoga mat, whatever you have |
