And the internet came down on mom hard.

Oh my gosh, this was the weirdest thing I saw this photo on my Instagram of a woman basically straddling her son on the football field.

So it looks like it was a Friday night football game. It's just ended all the players are on the field and the parents are joining them.

And this mom is video jumping up on her son and wrapping her legs around his waist.

And of course, this is going viral because people are like, what are you doing? This is your child.

Hands around kind of his neck there for a second also. Yeah.

Well, from behind, I'm like, oh, this is his girlfriend. And then she pops off. And I'm like, oh, that's his literal mother.

And both the son and the mom are coming out and trying to explain why that this is not like a weird thing for them to do.

And honestly, I think it just ended up confusing more people than really anything because all the interviews that they did were they're explaining why this moment of emotional intimacy was was quote unquote normal.

Is because I think he lost his father and they've been going through a lot and they're super close.

And so that's why this embrace should be normal. I did.

And while it's I can't imagine myself hugging Jimmy like that.

It didn't creep me out. I think as much as others, I think there's a spectrum of creep creepiness.

And where you're going to fall on it.

I actually, because I think my expectations were not met.

I read the headline and I'm like, oh, this has got to be just, you know, it's got to be grotesque.

And then I watched it. And I was like, oh, well, and he seemed very unbothered by it.

She seemed very unbothered by it. And then knowing the story and just having caught the tail end because you don't see the entire hug.

You only see the end of the hug. Yeah, it's a little weird. She didn't wrap her legs around him.
