preparations right now, I wanted to offer us just a little moment of peace, just a second to drop

into the body and take a few deep breaths so that we can visualize our best selves come the winter season.

So take a moment just as you are and get really comfortable. You can lean back in your seat and

roll your shoulders down and back for a moment. Soften your face.

Close your eyes if that feels good.

And then start taking just deep and slow breaths, breathing in and out through the nose.

And as you settle a little bit deeper into this moment, let's see if you can feel into the presence of your own body a little bit.
