| 0:00.0 | Hi friends, welcome back to the show and welcome to what I hope is a very slow Wednesday. |
| 0:12.9 | We are talking about slowing down a little bit and navigating stress with a little bit more |
| 0:19.8 | kindness and grace. |
| 0:22.1 | So today for our practice, I want to just take a moment to settle deeply into our body, |
| 0:29.6 | to soften a little bit just the way we are and to see if we can slow things down. |

| 2:07.0 | And then let the breath naturally turn. |
| 2:10.1 | Take your time as you inhale, breathing in through the nose. |
