| 1:47.0 | In this moment, just the way you are, what are you holding inside of your heart space? |
| 1:56.0 | What is the feeling that is present here in your heart for you today, right now. Now it doesn't have to be |
| 2:05.3 | the same feeling that was here this morning or yesterday. Probably going to be a different feeling |
| 2:12.0 | later today or tomorrow. So just for right now, for this moment, what is present in your heart? How do you feel? |
| 2:23.5 | What is moving right here, right now? And perhaps you take a few deeper breaths just to settle a little bit |
| 2:32.4 | deeper into that. |
| 2:46.2 | And now whatever feeling is true, whatever feeling is here, we are not going to resist it. |
