Summary

Today’s practice offers you a meditation to notice how you are feeling in your heart space. You will get comfortable, close your eyes, let your shoulders drop, and soften your face. Then tune into the breath. Allow each one to unravel a layer surrounding your heart. What are you holding in your heart space? What feeling is lingering there? Whatever it is, it makes sense. And all you have to do is sit with it. Tune in to begin. To learn more about listener data and our privacy practices visit: https://www.audacyinc.com/privacy-policy Learn more about your ad choices. Almost like each breath you're taking is unraveling layers that are held above the heart.

1:19.8

Sometimes I like to envision a flower, but it's close to tight.

1:25.4

And as I breathe and as I soften and as I let go those petals just start to very

1:30.3

gently unfurl themselves and then at the very depth at the very center of that flower there is my

1:38.0

heart so breathing here softening here, being here.

1:47.0

In this moment, just the way you are, what are you holding inside of your heart space?

1:56.0

What is the feeling that is present here in your heart for you today, right now. Now it doesn't have to be

2:05.3

the same feeling that was here this morning or yesterday. Probably going to be a different feeling

2:12.0

later today or tomorrow. So just for right now, for this moment, what is present in your heart? How do you feel?

2:23.5

What is moving right here, right now? And perhaps you take a few deeper breaths just to settle a little bit

2:32.4

deeper into that.

2:46.2

And now whatever feeling is true, whatever feeling is here, we are not going to resist it.
