Hey guys, it's Joy here. And I just wanted to share a meditation that one of our listeners, Katie Arnold, put together for you.

I think it's a time that we're all stressed out and we're all feeling a lot of feelings.

a brief meditation and we hope it helps. We'll start by finding our comfortable meditation position.

You can sit on the floor with the hips elevated in a chair or maybe lie all the way down. However that looks for you

today, just let yourself get comfortable, get out any of those final wiggles, and let the body relax.

We want to try and keep the spine long and ensure that your breath can flow without restriction,

but whether you're sitting or lying down doesn't matter.

If you're comfortable with it, you can gently close the eyes or just soften the gaze, finding a spot that you can let the gaze settle.

And now take a big breath in through your nose, filling up and a big sigh out of an open mouth.

Allow that exhale to release any tension.

And take a few more of those cleansing breaths on your own.

Bringing yourself deeper into your body, into your practice, and into this space that

After you've taken a few rounds, just let the breath settle and be easy.
