| 1:03.8 | that when I started off on my work, I was probably like a negative eight or nine. You know, |

| 1:11.7 | abusive towards myself. The way that I talked to myself was absolutely brutal. The way I treated |
| 1:17.9 | myself was not good. And I was constantly sabotaging myself. And today, I'm consistently, again, |
| 1:24.4 | on that scale, on that spectrum, probably a plus seven, a plus eight, |
| 1:28.8 | you know, it fluctuates. Sometimes I'm a plus nine, sometimes I'm a plus five, but it's in a |
| 1:33.6 | place where, if you would talk to me 10 or 12 years ago, I'd have been like, man, I don't think |
| 1:39.4 | I've ever experienced real mental health. And so I'm going to share with you today is how to move from |
| 1:46.1 | one place to the other. Where we're going to start is defining mental health. What actually is |
| 1:51.0 | mental health? Well, I love this notion that mental health equals mental flexibility, right? |
