So let's begin with kind of a basic topic. Your book starts off with the problem

with trauma. I kind of wanted to pose the question, what is the problem with the way that we

approach trauma in today's society? Such a great question. So the book is called reclaim your

nervous system. And the reason why it has a focus on the nervous system is because that's where we experience life through. We experience life through our nervous system. And the reason why it has a focus on the nervous system is because

all the pleasures and joys of life and also all the pains and traumas of life. And, you know,

being a pioneer in the trauma-informed coaching field, bringing trauma to the forefront many, many

years ago, I think it was an important first step for me

to really help us have this conversation in this way. And now people are very trauma aware,

but they don't really understand what trauma is. And also, what I've also seen is, because I focus

a lot of high performers, I know you do too. High performers don't want to talk about trauma.
