privilege in the world to be with so many friends from all over the world who join me every

week to listen to my stories, inspiration, biblical encouragement. And I am just so glad

Hi friends, well we are coming to an end of one of my, are all my books, my favorite books?

Maybe it's just because I love eating and I love table and I love discussions and so I'm

coming to the end of our series on the life giving table, nurturing faith through feasting one

meal at a time. And as it happens as I'm doing this last recording of the chapter, I was having

so much fun because it was Easter yesterday and it was a couple of days after Nathan, my second

son's 30th birthday and he flew from New York City over to London in order to spend his birthday

with us. And so yesterday we had a friend of his who's visiting with us as well and Nathan and Joy

and me with other family members spread apart all over the world. Clay and I talked from Colorado

and Sarah was off to Holland and Joel was in St Andrews and we talked to all of them. But we have

this tiny little table outside our house. It's kind of like a little patio and it has a tiny

little iron table and so we put flowers out there and we set the table with candles and we had

for our Easter dinner which is not my normal Easter dinner. We had mustard and maple syrup covered

glazed salmon which is kind of a recipe I've taken from several different places. We had a little

bit of olive oil and sea salt and we had an orzo salad that had some vegetable cinnamon oil that

Sarah had made and left me in the refrigerator and we had a tossed salad with feta cheese and

nuts and avocados and tomatoes and we had roasted potatoes with olive oil and sea salt. Just

thought I'd let you know what we're eating these days. But it was a small table and it was our first

day to be able to be warm enough to go outside and sit and we had the most rousing discussion. It was
