And I don't know about you, but I've had a couple of realizations around different things,

even certain things that I wasn't even thinking about

at the beginning of the week that I've realized just throughout the week, I absolutely

feel ready to really release. And that's the thing about actively doing work around letting

go is we get that yearning and that longing to just be free.

And you might realize that you have so many things that you have actually outgrown.

So we start surrendering.

We start letting go.

And you might just find more and more things that you feel ready and brave enough to finally let go of.
