I would like to share with you a big lesson that I've learned from interviewing a lot of very

different successful people. So I've interviewed on this podcast some big big name authors, right? Authors who've I've also interviewed people like Ariana Huffington, Sarah Blakely, who's the billionaire

founder of Spanks, Chris Jenna, we all know who she is, Bethany Frankel.

I've interviewed some of the most interesting, the most, I mean it's even

hard to use adjectives to define these people because they're different and yet the commonality that they have is that they've created a lot of the results that they want in their lives, right?

Whether it's impact, whether it's money,

whether it's the ability to really reach an audience

and serve them in a huge way, in a way that improves their lives. But what is the one commonality that I've found?

Sometimes my friends, the interesting observations we make aren't about what we see, but they're

what we don't see.

Okay, so with this experience now

of interviewing so many incredible people,

I mean, I feel so humbled and just,

oh, thankful for the opportunities I've been given.

What I've noticed is something that they all don't do.

And it's this.

They don't focus on or pay attention to or spend their energy on the people who don't like or agree with them.

There you have it, my friends. And it's proven that you know in this world when you make an impact when you're seen when you do big things when you have big goals and dreams and I'm

guessing that's you because you're here there are going to be people who come against you, who don't like you, who don't agree with you,

who offer criticism, who offer judgment, and it hurts. Look, I understand. In fact, I love to ask the
