Morning everybody, welcome along to your free podcast.

It's the end of the week.

It's Friday.

It's the 10th of April.

And it's the bank holiday.

Now, I do not want you to think, you know, with any stretch of the imagination, that it's an opportunity to go out and enjoy yourself.

It's the bank holiday, but you're going to have to stay in.

You can do your Easter eggs inside, but don't go outside, please.

Because otherwise, you're just going to prolong the agony.

And I know that there are going to be some really thick people who are going to be going out this weekend on their bicycles, taking the kids out, going to the parks, having barbecues. And I'm thinking,

you know, if the supermarkets didn't sell barbecues, life would be an awful lot easier.

Because all they're doing is encouraging people to actually go out and enjoy themselves. And I'm

not saying you can't enjoy yourself, but you have to

look, we're in the middle of a pandemic. We're not in the middle of a bobsleigh run on a magic roundabout or

something. This is serious. People are dying. Nearly a thousand people the other day. That's how

dangerous it is. Do you want to be the next one? Any of your family? Could you cope with that? Of course not. Of course not. I have to kind of say that to try and hit home and some people that they'll be going, oh, perhaps Steve's right. I am right. I'm telling you now it's dangerous out there. Very, very dangerous. It really is ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous that people would even think about going out.

Declan Donnelly and his wife, Ali, uh, joining Lucy Mecklenburg and Ryan Thomas. They're all

standing outside there clapping, which is, uh, which is lovely. People were doing that the other day.

I like it when they show all these little, oh, talking of clips, you need to go on to YouTube and type in Cliff Richard and Gary Barlow. Because they're doing, we don't talk anymore. And you know what I'm going to say. When you hear them both singing, Cliff Richard wipes spots off Gary Barlow, who's all over the place.

I mean, seriously.
