Morning everybody, welcome along to your free podcast for today.

Not only is it a free podcast for today, but it's Bank Holiday Monday.

What does that mean? Nothing. It means you're still inside.

It means you're doing what you have to do and then, and here we are.

So it could be such a long day today

isn't it i was quite getting excited on friday went oh that's great i've got saturday off that'll be

easter saturday and then sunday popping in doing the program and then easter sunday what happened

there nothing and i went to collect my my clothes because a friend of mine has done on my washing and ironing

over and above as far as I'm concerned so I've now got enough clothes to last well months

which is I do have a lot of clothes but you know you get used to wearing the same sort of clothes all

the time I'm sort of creature of habit so I did that and then I was in all day I didn't go out

I didn't do anything at all.

I didn't even sleep actually. Normally I sort of sleep. I had a look in the fridge to see what was available.

And there was loads of little bits and pieces.

So threw something together. That was quite nice.

And then I kept looking at the clock thinking, only another four hours before I have to go to bed.

And you start sort of, you start sort of you start

sort of inventing things and then a friend of mine phoned me mr moils and so we did a face time for

about half an hour and that was quite good and I sent some texts out and and that was good because it was

it was a birthday yesterday which I'll tell you about later when in fact I've already told you about it on the programme
