I get so many questions about gender and gender identity that I thought it was a good idea

to have an open conversation about it on my show.

To help with this, I enlisted the help of Bobby Temps, creator and host of Mental, the

podcast with an aim to destigmatize mental health.

We discussed the difference between sex and gender and what it means to be authentic

to your gender identity and expression.

He also talks about his own journey and provides a few suggestions for others who are still

discovering their true self.
