Good morning, good afternoon, good evening, wherever you are in the world, welcome to High Wire.

This is it, it's the waning moments of 2017.

Can you believe how fast this year went by? I know I can't.

I think this last year feels like it was seven years packed in one.

I've flown all over the country, met so many amazing people, talked to so many amazing people,

and got to do this fantastic show called High Wire.

Today we're going to go through some of our, I think, our favorite achievements, top five viral videos and things like that.

A retrospective look, it's things that we achieve this year, and also look forward into where we're going with High Wire.

Which, as I mentioned it, you're probably wondering, where is he sitting right now?

Well, I'm sitting in a warehouse that we've rented that's going to be the future home of High Wire.

We are just in the middle of tearing up, carpeting, and floors, and trying to move the space into a way that we can use it for High Wire.

In fact, I only got about this far to tearing it up. I like to be this handyman.

I ripped up, like, I think I got like six nails in in my back just like, oh, oh, oh, oh, and so actually Patrick has been in here doing most of the ripping and I've been doing the pointing.

Let's tear that up too, let's tear that over there.

But what we've done is sort of laid out, we're just trying to feel it out right now.

So this is just sort of specking out what we would love to see dreaming into what we think High Wire is going to be next year.

So of course, I want a big, beautiful desk here, a desk where maybe over here will be a section where I can get on the computer and actually show you how we're moving on the internet.

That's something I really want to do instead of just flashing videos from the internet.

I want to be able to show people where you find the information that we research and how we get it.

Because I think that's crucial to understanding where our facts and our truth are coming from.
