Most of what we need to hear doesn't fall into that category after all. Did I snap at my kids because I just didn't know I shouldn't have? Was I disrespectful to my husband because nobody

told me I shouldn't be? Of course not. We all need to be reminded of these things from time to time.

The second rule goes like this. A godly homemaker is a thermostat, not a thermometer. She sets the temperature for her people

for better or for worse. She isn't tossed about by every emotional current in the home. Instead,
