when you're talking about the moms that come in with the doctors having that like

rushed like you have to do this it's going to cause X Y and Z and blah blah and giving like

kind of that like heightened state of awareness of like you have to make a decision right now.

One thing that we always always tell people is that this is not an emergency.

It's never a major danger.

The emergency is making sure your baby is fed.

Right, that's the emergency.

You need a feeding plan.

You need a short, mid, and long-range feeding plan

and a way to identify the functional and structural pieces that need to be calibrated and

But I'm Natalie, I am a nurse and a lactation consultant and I took a mentorship with Michelle a few years ago and

Molly and I were the same mentorship actually and from that mentorship, a lot was born.
