at the same time. One, the holidays can be really great, filled with loving family and valuable time

together, where close bonds are renewed and strengthened. And two,

also true, they can be a lot. A lot to take on mentally, a lot of wear and tear on your

energy and mental health and patience. A lot. A lot, a lot. I'm going to help you with that today
