Hello friends, happy Wednesday, I hope your day's treating you well.

We are back to doing weekly Q&A episodes which means that I need you to call or text your

We have like two questions in there right now.

So there is like plenty of room, we have a lot of weeks left in the year.

We're also kind of at that time of the year where I'm realizing that I have all of these

mindset habits, self-carotains that I actually really need.

I do this thing in the summer, started last year and I did it again this year, called

the Summer of Pleasure, where it's not as exciting as it sounds.

It's really just I take all the pressure off of myself to do all the things that I have,

feel like I have to do all the time, right?

Like I don't have to make the bed, I don't have to wake up at a certain time.

I don't have to perfect myself in any way, I can just exist as I am.

And then back to school season starts and I realize I need my routines back, it's

not functional without them.
