In the wreckage, you find pieces of yourself, you forgot existed, parts you buried,

just to keep the us alive.

And suddenly, the fall feels less like an ending and more like a beginning, the way the light falls on all that's left, shining through the cracks in places you thought were broken.

You learn to move through the hurt, to breathe in the emptiness until one day you're not

drowning in it anymore. You're floating. There's power in that, the letting go, the surrender. It
