0:22.9	I'm Dr. Heather, and I'm the Dutera Employee Clinic physician.
0:28.5	And I'm talking to you here from Pleasant Grove at our beautiful Dutera campus and soon
0:35.9	to be our newest medical facility for the Prime Meridian Health
0:40.9	Complex across the street that's going to be opening in just about a month.
0:44.1	So I'm really excited about that.
0:46.6	So today we're going to talk a little bit about a mental detox.
0:51.5	And what is a mental detox?
0:53.4	I hadn't really even heard that term until I was asked to
0:57.5	present for this, but I love it. And it's something I believe I've done. I've tried to do. And I hopefully
1:06.4	will have some ideas based on my own personal experience. And then what I see in my clinic as a family
1:11.9	physician every day. Data has shown that in the last 40 years, we have been bombarded. Our brains
1:20.4	have been bombarded with more information on a daily basis, even in an hourly basis than at any
1:26.5	time during history.
1:28.7	When all of these thoughts and images are constantly barraging us, our minds and our thoughts
1:33.6	get overloaded.
