And there has been basically a bullseye on the back of diversity, equity, and inclusion programs ever since Donald Trump decided that being the president the second time was going to be in his best interest, even if it's not in the best interest of all of us. Having said all of that, you all recall that I coined, I should say, I think it's a better way to put it, I coined the phrase W.E.I, white entitled incompetent to remind all of us that it's not DEI when you replace overly qualified black people with highly incompetent white people. That's W.E.I. That's white entitled incompetency. And again, as a reminder, the reason we have to have these |
