Hello, my meathead hippies. This is Emily Schram with the Meathead Hippie podcast.

There are two podcasts at your fingertips launched on the very same time. One being about do,

one more meathead, and one being about feel, one more hippie. And this one, I don't know, at some point you might be able to tell via my

voice, my voice changes, fluctuation changes, you all relate to this, we're just ready to go. Yes.

So this is the Meathead, Meathead podcast. So I'm stoked that you're here. I have been thinking a lot

about doubt. And I wanted to share you're here. I have been thinking a lot about doubt and I wanted to share

some of the pieces that have come through in hopes that if you are moving through something,

which all of us should be moving through something, there's nothing that should be the same.

Like everything should feel different or things should be shifting or you should be changing or your

hobbies ideals and life should have shifted in some way maybe since the last time you listen to

this podcast there's something that has to change because that's evolution that's growth and it's also

wildly supported by the cosmos right now if we think about all of the change that we need and the

structures that are starting to finally crumble that should no longer service us because they have

serviced us for way too long without nurturing us, then we know that we too have to adapt. We have to

understand how we played a role and how we want to play a role moving forward.

And so I have been restructuring, rebuilding, and understanding, okay, when do I do?

And when am I just noise?
