I think that there is quite a shift happening for all of us. And so it's just really nice to have a

space to talk about it and to have a conversation about it and I love tea and so I have

made it my life mission one of my 20 life missions to make tea time a thing because it's not a thing

in America it's a thing everywhere else except America and maybe you're. It's a thing everywhere else except America.

And maybe you're like, it's a thing for me. Well, that's why you're listening and that's

why I love you. But tea is a little bit inaccessible and I've thought a lot about this because

I love tea and I don't love typical tea. Green tea and black tea actually make me puke.

It's like a weird gene I have, but I love herbal tea. And so I, a few years ago, it was about five years ago now,

I fell in love with supplements because I thought supplements were total bullshit. I thought they were

all a lie. I thought they were all marketing. I thought

they were all trying to get somebody's dollar, you know, like I was raised up in a Globo Gym

where people were pushing supplements for extra sales, you know? And so I had a really bad

relationship with supplements, but then I learned about nutraceutical type of supplements. So really

specific micronutrient support. And I started understanding, oh my gosh, okay, clearly my body is

missing something because I was eating all the right things and I went through the Nutritional

Therapy Association program and they do these things called palpations where they push on certain points in your body

and I was like really you know they're like on a scale of one to ten how much does this hurt and it was like

10 and for me I'm like I don't I'm the healthiest person here this is bullshit what is this
