This of course is the process by which the prosecution in a criminal case

shares or turns over materials to the defense.

the chief public defender of Indiana's Lawrence County.

So we knew we could rely on him to explain the ins and outs of the discovery

process.

Now, the questions around discovery that we received mostly pertain to the case of Richard

Allen, the defendant in the Delphi

murders case. He stands accused of killing teenagers Liberty German and Abigail

Williams. But these questions are quite relevant to most criminal cases, and therefore we feel our

listeners may find this information useful going forward.
