incredibly hot and I've been thinking. I wanted to share a little bit about my

journey and what I've been up to lately. I have turned 61. Yes, 61 years of age and I am so lucky to be 61. I am so lucky to be

alive. Very grateful. Lately I've been navigating some ups and downs, like many of you, are also facing challenges

that have tested my resilience, and I'm sure you have challenges that have tested your resilience.

I believe that sharing our struggles can create powerful connections.

There are so many creators that promise you the world,
