Today's Practice:
In every moment, remember, even if for just a fleeting second, to go directly to the feeling of Love. Change the quality of the moment, your conscious experience of that moment, by feeling Love.  It doesn't' matter what's happening, what you're looking at, who you're with, this Love is fully present and when you touch It, It touches you and changes everything.  Let It work on you.  Let It work through and AS you.  Let It be your world and It'll give you a new one. 

Notice that when you are fully aware of Love, It's often appearing as working out, a walk in nature, quality time with your kiddos, singing along to Go(o)d music, reading a Go(o)d book... and when you become aware of Love in a 'not so good' moment, It then begins appearing as you remembering God, reaching for that feeling, remembering your mantra, hearing your mantra, and the quality of that moment changes.  Destiny changes.  Keep feeling for Love.  Keep being Love.
