Simone Biles, man, if she wasn't already the goat before, she's definitely the goat now.

Phenomeno. another gold medal yesterday and my favorite part of the

ceremony where they showed her winning the women's all around competition

for individuals is she wore a goat necklace and I was like I love seeing a woman be proud of herself.

I feel like there's so much stigma around women not really being allowed to like own the

fact that they're the goat. I think I saw a quote from Simone from the other day where

she was like I'm not the next Michael Phelps, I'm not the next yada yada yada I'm the first

Simone Biles and I love that she's owning it.

Some of my favorite moments was you can tell like after she's done there's this sense of

relief but there's also this sense of pride like you said like she's still

proud of herself she's still she's that passionate about it that I think she still even

impresses herself after she's done. For a while there it looked like the

Brazilian was going to win the whole thing but you just kind of watched it sort of

unravel in front of you and you knew she was going to of every time I see a flow routine, you know, the gymnast they look focused and they're ready, but for Simone, it just looks like another day for her.

She's just like, yeah, I flipped, okay, stick the landing, move on.

It is fun watching her. I mean, you're living through the greatest gymnast of all time. That's pretty cool.

She's moving at a different speed and just doing different things.
