you something a little different today because, you know, based on what I've heard from different

people in different life situations, 2025 has had its challenges. Globally speaking, economically

speaking, there's been a lot to be said

around this year. And if you feel any heaviness, dare I say skepticism or even cynicism,

heading into 2026, I beg of you to consider a reset now. The good news is you don't need to wait until

January 1st ever. You can reset, start over every single morning. Think about that.

If you have these feelings of heaviness, of feeling dread, of feeling fear, the

sense of foreboding over a new year, or your future in general, let me give you this

thought today. Cynicism is often just our fear. There is a comfort to it because it feels like there is less to lose.

A hopeful person might experience disappointment, but guess what? A cynical person will also

experience disappointment. They've just been lying to themselves

throughout the process. We think that being cynical protects us from feeling negative

all along. But my friends, what kind of life is that? It doesn't protect you from disappointment at all because
