is fitness, a podcast of action together every day. We are holding each other accountable for

creating and maintaining a lifestyle of fitness as we

take a 10-minute walk together so i was oh hi i'm dave i was i was wrong about something and and pleasantly uh pleasantly so.

So one of the things that we moved from Maryland to South Carolina about a year ago.

I've lived in Maryland my entire life.

There are many things I love about Maryland.

One of the things that would be at the top of the list is Maryland, is autumn in Maryland. If you've never, if you've been to Maryland, you know exactly

what I'm talking about. If you've never been to Maryland, it is a very green state, lots of trees, mature trees,

and in the fall, it's an explosion of color, just stunning.

And usually it would happen, I mean, the peak would be, I guess,

early to mid-November. Funny thing is, I mean, I live there my entire life every year.

Every year I would start expecting the leaves to change when the calendar flipped over to October.

I don't know what I was thinking and would always be disappointed, like October 5th.

Well, I guess it's not going to be a very colorful autumn.

And then as autumn moves on and transitions into November, it's like, oh, right, right.

And just about every fall in Maryland was drop dead gorgeous. And I knew that when we moved to South Carolina,

likely I would miss that.

And particularly because a lot of the, it's not as green here where we live in Myrtle Beach as it was in Maryland.

And a lot of the green are pine trees, really tall pine trees, and also a lot of palm trees, which I think is kind of fun.

We've got two palms in our yard, a palm tree in the front and then a Sego palm in the back.

And so, you know, friends in Maryland were posting pictures on Facebook of the autumn glory.
