Women for Women International, a grassroots organization that helps women in the most

devastatingly damaged communities in the world. The concept is simple. One woman

The model has grown and Zena been her team have had the opportunity to help over 478,000 marginalized women in eight conflict areas.

For her work, creating Women for Women, Zana was recently awarded the Eleanor Roosevelt Award and her work doesn't stop there.

She's moved on from Women for Women International and has entered the media arena creating

award-winning documentaries. She's the executive producer and host of
