And I'm thrilled to begin a three episode series here leading up to episode number 100 in just a few weeks on how to reinvent yourself.

I have been getting several, I actually have got a bunch of emails from

listeners in the last month or two and I've been noticing this two-word term showing up in a lot of emails and that two-word term

is reinvent myself. A number of people have talked about the need to reinvent myself right now. And so I wanted to begin

this three episode series by looking at our careers and what we can do to reinvent ourselves in our careers and three lenses to look through that on.

And for the next three episodes, I'll be looking at this topic of reinventing ourselves

and I've called up a couple of my friends who are coaches and have a lot of experience

reinventing themselves and others who are able to provide a lot of wonderful perspective here and my guest today is

Donna Schilder and she is someone who's done a lot of career coaching over the

years and she's also reinvented forward to talking with her and sharing this

conversation with you on ways we can look at how to reinvent ourselves too.
