And to welcome my guest Christina Call Martins from the Northrop Grumman Corporation.

I met Christina, I think about five or six years ago when she first came to work at Northrop Grumman.

And for those of you who don't know if you've been listening to the show just for a short period of time,

I do a bunch of work with the Dale Carnegie Training Organization and Dale Carnegie has been partnered with Northrop Grumman through our partnership with West

Los Angeles College for about 10 years now and we've served Northrop Grumman's aerospace systems

and I've done a whole bunch of training over the years

for folks who are involved in the F-18 and F-35

fighter jet programs and lots of other programs there.

And one of the biggest projects I've overseen is Dale Carnegie's relationship with Northrop over the years and

we've been involved with training several thousand people in their organization.

And so I've spent a lot of time on their sites and particularly here in Southern California over the years.
