My name is Veronica.

And I am Chip Summers.

I'm just still sticking to the one name.

I heard that. I heard that. I noticed it was just Veronica, the symbol who will be known as Veronica. That's right. Yeah. I'm trying to just educate everybody that it's Veronica, not Valerie, because I get so many Valeries. But you keep on reminding them that it could potentially be mistaken as Valerie.

I think the less you do that, the less it will stick in people's minds.

Yeah.

Maybe I'll just surrender and be just Valerie to some people and Veronica.

And then also sometimes people call me Ronnie as well because you always call me Ronnie,

which is my old nickname.

So I do sometimes people will put Ronnie.

So I am the woman with many names. I'm always talking about Ronnie, and people do look a little odd. I know. Who's he talking about? Yeah. You know, it's funny because a lot of people know me from a long time ago. When I was growing up, when I was a kid, I really didn't like my name because it was old-fashioned, and I was in the era of Tracy and Mandy, and I don't know, I just didn't like it. All the traces and Mandis out there, we have nothing against your name. Well, I just thought those were cooler names when I was growing up. No, no, I didn't sound like that. No, no, it didn't sound like that. It sounded rather pejorative to me, actually. Yeah. So the nickname for Veronica is Ronnie. So I used Ronnie for a long time.

And then when I came to America, whenever I introduced myself,

Americans couldn't hear what I'm saying unless I said it in an American accent.

So I used to have to say, hi, I'm Ronnie.

When I met Americans, because otherwise they're like, Bonnie like Bonnie, Connie, Donnie.
