I heard of AJ through a mutual friend, Joe Schrank. And AJ is the, I guess you're

founder and editor of the Small Bow. Is that correct? Yes. So you've been a journalist throughout your career,

an editor, and you may have heard a little bit about AJ's story. And we'll get into that bit.

But what I think is really interesting about AJ's stories, I think that so many of our listeners

have been through the same thing, where we

have been drinking and using drugs, and then we get sober and the worst thing in the world

happens to us. And how does somebody survive that? How do you survive that? Let's go back to the
