The first story for this episode was shared by Lenore, who wrote to me about how she lost

her dad two years ago and it still feels surreal, while some

days it feels like it's just happened, and waves of anger and sadness watch over her.

She said that grief changes a person, but there can also be a lot to learn.

For her, it was almost as though a spark ignited in her that said to embrace life fully and just go
