Hello and a warm welcome to episode 96 of The Mindful Kind podcast and part two of the grief and loss episodes.
Discover more real stories from my listeners about their experiences with grief and their advice for getting through it.
I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who shared their stories, as well as the amazing listeners who shared their kind and thoughtful feedback about the first episode. I'm so glad it has opened up a wider dialogue for a topic which can be swept under the rug sometimes, and that people are now feeling less alone in their grief.
As always, please seek support if this episode triggers any challenging emotions or memories.
I hope you have a wonderful week, Mindful Kind.
