experience so why am I talking about this because I did a video and a podcast a couple of weeks ago about daughters of narcissistic

mothers again because so many people had asked me to do it.

So I promised that I would do this podcast on sort of the effects and how can you how can you heal yourself how do you move past this a really

important thing though for me is for you guys to understand how does having a narcissistic parent father in this case How does it impact your life now?

Right? Because a lot of people, I mean I'm a psychotherapist obviously so I know that going back in time is important because most of the time that's where the injury is still

Festering so to speak so I'm not one of those therapists who feels like you

know talking about third grade for like five years is interesting at all and if

there's no reason no actual productive reason to talk about third grade. I don't want to talk about it at all.
