The point is I've been in Cheyenne, Wyoming for far too long and I've kind of lost my

sense of self, but I can't leave Cheyenne, Wyoming right now and yeah, how are you?

I want to tell you a little story about how I was eating a cliff bar one day by which I mean

yesterday and walking down the stairs into my, into my backyard so I could go out to my

office, so walking down these stairs is like four or five stairs.
