1:24.4	I own a business called M10 and I believe and our results speak for themselves and the model of personal training that we have that we
1:34.3	were one of the best personal training companies in the country.
1:37.9	We specialize in exceeding people's expectations and that's something that for me is a huge passion
1:48.0	and it's setting the standard I believe for what personal training should be in the UK and showing people how they can
1:57.0	get a return on the investment for a quality service, which I still believe to this day that is not yet there in the UK.
2:07.0	We specialised more. I wouldn't say just in the results aspect of it because results is what we do, but it's everything from the minute the client walks in the door.
2:17.0	It's the service, it's the quality service that leads to that end result.
2:20.0	And I've got six trainers that are working out at the gym here in Nottingham City
