I'm defining myself as I go along, but I'll let you know a little bit about my background in terms of my credentials and my scientific history.

So I have a PhD in biomedical science and I have done

research ranging from aging to cancer metabolism myochondral, and now I'm currently doing a post-doc

where I am actively researching the role of micronutrients like vitamin and minerals

and essential fatty acids and their role in preventing diseases of aging and also

preventing things like cancer. So that's kind of a very short brief introduction to who I am and

so I also in addition to doing research I translate some of the science behind you know health and nutrition to the public so they can sort of understand

exactly you know some of these mechanisms that are, you know, coming out, you know, through

research, they can understand, you know, what and why certain micro-dichurants are important and why it's important to have enough of them.
