Monday motivation. Today is not Monday as I'm recording this. Today is Wednesday. It's hump day. It's the

middle of the week. It's the day of the week where most people have some kind of slump. And to be

honest with you, I had a slump this morning too. I was not feeling myself. I just was tired. I didn't sleep well

last night. I woke up. My morning routine kind of sucked. I just wasn't into it. And we all have

these days. But if you set up your day right, you can create some kind of shift move, right?

And sometimes these shift moves happen by mistake sometimes they happen intentionally and a shift

move is when you take your shitty attitude and you shift it into a positive attitude for lack of

better terms if you were in a slump you take yourself out of that slump if you are lacking motivation

you figure out a way to instill some more motivation you create create discipline. You take action. You do something.

If you're angry, if you're pissed off, if you're sad, you shift something. You have to do this.
