I'm super psyched that you guys are hanging out with me today for the next 30 minutes or so.

I've been diving deep lately. The show's format has changed some for those of you who listen you know

partly because it's what you've asked me to do

more deep dives sort of more content like psychological content driven stuff,

certainly still during interviews,

but it puts me in a more contemplative place.

So a lot of you have written in,

I've been lately, I've done a few videos and done some podcast around narcissism.

Narcissistic parents, are you involved with a narcissist, how narcissists and

codependents just can't seem to break up because that's true.

It's like a perfect match made in hell pretty much.

But today I'm focusing on something because I got this great email from someone.

Trying to figure out the difference between being self-centered or sort of selfish and narcissism.

And I always find it interesting that when people write in and say,

hey, I had a narcissistic mother or someone else in my family,

and I'm worried I'm a narcissist.
