1:33.0 | Most people, when they want to change something in their lives, they are not focused on the obstacles and how they're going to solve them. |
1:43.0 | They are fixated on how hard it's going to be. Right. |
1:47.0 | Oh my God, socializing is going to be so awkward. They're catastrophizing. |
1:51.0 | Everybody's going to think I have a problem. I'm never going to meet anybody. I'll never be able to date. |
1:56.0 | They are swimming and doubt swimming in what if I can't do it? What if I fail? What if I don't succeed? |
2:04.0 | And they're honestly usually undermining themselves as well. Why would this time be any different? |
