Summary
Loyalty, tenure, and seniority are commonly confused, but game changers understand that loyalty is performance. Tenure and seniority can become a license for laziness for team members not content to work as hard or as smart as they once did; and, without a proper understanding of loyalty, you could be holding yourself back from living the game changer life. This episode shares ways you can show loyalty, so that you can evaluate your own mindset and performance, and help those you care about do so as well.

| 0:21.6 | You know, loyalty, tenure, seniority, they're often confused. |
| 0:26.6 | And if you're confusing the two, you could be doing less than you are able because you've paid the dues in your mind in the past. |
| 0:35.6 | And so perhaps without even realizing it, you've let up and you're not proving yourself |

| 1:06.3 | They just don't celebrate tenure or seniority. |
| 1:08.9 | They prove themselves over again every day because at the end |

| 1:22.5 | into something. That would refer to tenure or seniority. I've got to give you the definition, the exact definition of |
| 1:29.0 | loyal here when we get into the program, but I'm just sitting the stage right now. And if you think |
| 1:33.1 | about it, when you read the book Unstoppable and when you listen to these podcast episodes and you |
| 1:38.7 | hear me talk about the undertaker, caretaker, playmaker, game changer, you'd have to really kind of deduce that the game |
| 1:46.3 | changer has a far greater grasp of what it means to be loyal, that they are more consistently bringing |
| 1:52.1 | the effort, energy, enthusiasm, the excellence, always looking to get better, right? The passion, |
| 1:58.0 | attitude, focus, and integrity doing it the right way. They're more |
