It's just not possible to live your life at game changer status without humility.

Because if you get prideful and arrogant and you stop learning, you stop growing, you stop listening, you stop being coachable, you stop caring about others.

If you stop doing all those things, you're not a game changer.

And so humility is at the root of learning, growing, listening, being coachable and caring about others if you stop doing all those things are not a game changer. And so humility is at the

for help, to admit you don't know, to submit your welfare to the benefit of the team. I believe

humility draws people to you. Pride repels people from you. Humility makes you more approachable

and coachable. Now, it's got to be cultivated. You've got to work at it because humility doesn't come naturally. Pride comes naturally. And I'll close with this. Everyone is eventually humble. You either humble yourself or you'll eventually be humbled by people or circumstances. It's just a matter of time. And I'll also add this. just about the time you think you're humble, you're not.
