Two-minute warning edition, posted on Fridays to give you something to think about,

watch for, or do. You got to do it to finish your week strong and maximize your weekend.

Yes, also, I will include an occasional red zone rant, but not today. Sorry, we're going to

talk to me about the topic, be humble. Boy, you don't see much of this anymore.

It's just not possible to live your life at game changer status without humility.

Because if you get prideful and arrogant and you stop learning, you stop growing, you stop listening, you stop being coachable, you stop caring about others.

If you stop doing all those things, you're not a game changer.

And so humility is at the root of learning, growing, listening, being coachable and caring about others if you stop doing all those things are not a game changer. And so humility is at the

root of learning, growing, listening, being coachable and caring about others. And humility doesn't mean

you think less of yourself. It means you think of yourself less. And it's a key aspect of integrity,

which is one of the key eight traits. Nor does humility mean you are weak. It actually requires a lot of strength to be humble and to ask

for help, to admit you don't know, to submit your welfare to the benefit of the team. I believe

humility draws people to you. Pride repels people from you. Humility makes you more approachable

and coachable. Now, it's got to be cultivated. You've got to work at it because humility doesn't come naturally. Pride comes naturally. And I'll close with this. Everyone is eventually humble. You either humble yourself or you'll eventually be humbled by people or circumstances. It's just a matter of time. And I'll also add this. just about the time you think you're humble, you're not.

Think about that.

I will close by saying you may not be able to add years of your life.

You can add life to your years,

and you can start now by being humble, cultivating humility.

Stop being lived, start living, the game, change your life,
