In this episode, I want to talk about be nice.

I would also add, you know, like instead of being a jerk, be nice,

even when others aren't, even when you're having a tough day, even when things aren't going

your way, even when you don't really feel like it. Because really, at the end of the day,

being nice isn't so much about the other person, although it benefits them. Ultimately, it's

about you living the game

change your life by staying in your zone, staying on the high road, keeping your mindset positive

and being the kind of person others are drawn to and rally around rather than, you know,

the crusty old cuss of a curmudgeon that has a personal appeal of five-day body odor.

By the way, being nice is easy when others are nice to you and when things are going your way. But being nice when

others aren't or when things are tough around you, that is a sign of maturity of growth and

of a superior mindset and values.

So be nice.

Don't be a jerk.

And you can start right away, right?

Everybody will appreciate it, but you'll feel better because of it.

Let me just close with this.

You may not be able to add years to your life, but you can't add life, life to your years.

And you can start now by for goodness sakes of being nice. A synonym of nice is pleasant.
