Welcome. Great, thanks for having me for having me Ashley yes now your website is

fab fertile.com I'd love for you to share your story as to why you were motivated to become this health and life coach that is geared

towards helping women gain their fertility back.

Great, so I'll kind of share my story here.

So I always joked back in my early 20s that I was having hot flashes.

Well, it turns out that I was so at that stage my period was kind of irregular and I kind of in my early 20s thought that was okay because I didn't really want to deal with the monthly hassle. And all through my teens I had great skin that all of a

sudden in my early 20s I started getting acne, then I had yeast infections, and then I had this weird fungal rash on my chest.

So it was quite sexy, and then I had some dandruff as well. And at this time I didn't really know any of this was connected to

my infertility. And then everyone around me started having kids and the fact that I didn't have periods and that they were

irregular I thought okay well I better go get this checked out so I was married at

25 and then I was very like a planner so I wanted to have my children at 28 so literally I think yeah around 27 or so I went in and and and

met with the OBGYN and had some tests run and then it came back saying that I had
