1:11.7 | threes. It's actually hilarious. But there's, there's three things that develop, |
1:15.5 | that you have to, um, understand when you're even setting the goal to begin with. And these |
1:21.3 | are not the three things I'm going to talk about today, but the three additional things. |
1:24.6 | So maybe with six things, I guess. But these three first aspects that I've |
1:29.4 | always talked about, the three A's are going to be awareness, could even be four, because you can |
1:34.4 | attach acceptance to that, but awareness, action, acceleration, right? And awareness starts by reflecting, |
