where he talked about the incredible work ethic of Portland Trailblazers Damian Lillard.

And Phil is here at our elite center.

Took two days out of his busy schedule to be here to come to our leadership class.

And I kind of talked him into coming in here and doing a little work after class.

And Phil has got an incredible background.

He can tell you more about it.

He's done a lot in the college coaching realm, very successful,

highly regarded, has developed a lot of guys, and now he is working as a consultant with professionals,

individuals, and teams, and bringing out the best in them. Phil, welcome back. Thanks for having me,

Dave. Really, really enjoying it. Are you having fun here at the

class? I'll tell you what. This class, you know, it's something, I know you have a lot of business

executives here and people from, you know, different professions, but I think it's a lot,

something coaches should be doing a whole lot more. There's just not enough clinics, models,

you know, classes like you have that really teach you how to

lead and give you a structure and a framework for it. So it's been really, really interesting.

Awesome. We do have a diverse group, don't we? Absolutely. We have some law enforcement guys,

too. I mean, we got guys into the class with guns. I mean, you talk about accountability.
